Just returned from the BIOMEDevice trade show. The attendance was strong and the show brought good results.
Premold Corp specializes in RIM (reaction injection molding) for medical devices and analytical instrumentation. Larger cosmetic parts with complex geometries were available for the discerning engineer or designer.
Premold Corp exhibited at the BIOMEDevice trade show in San Jose CA. I heard traffic will a little slower in the morning of Dec 6th, but traffic picked up in the afternoon. Dec 7th was well attended and made for a successful trade show event.

Today is the first day of the BIOMEDevice tradeshow in San Jose, CA. I am waiting to hear how the event is going and will report what I hear. This two day event takes place Dec 6-7t, 2011h at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, in San Jose, CA.

Life science projects requiring larger plastic parts, complex geometry (thin and thick walls within the same part) or parts requiring a class A finish may be well suited for the RIM process (reaction injection molding).
